FHA max limit for the Charlotte region is now  294515

Reduced income needed for borrowers employers who report to the work number

For clients who put down 20% there could be appraisal waivers

Rates are still historically low and we should continue to see low rates

Turn times for our clients have been FANTASTIC with closings being as fast as 16 days for a purchase and most taking less than 30 days
